"5/26 mid morning I called to ask them to transfer a prescription from Another CVS to the store because Runnemede Did NOT have my medication in. I explained that it was a schedule 3 and that I was owed a remainder of 40 pills. I was told NO! In a very mean and abrupt way. I asked why and was told “we don’t transfer schedule 3”and I said, I realize you actually do if I have a refill and I do have a refill. (I am aware that your permitted to transfer 1 time ONLY with a schedule 3 and have a refill) I explained that I knew this and was meant withNO again and then Silence, nothing after that was said I said okay. Goodbye. Clearly this is not how things should be. This is not the first time I have dealt with this CVS lying. In the past I was told I can NOT refill my prescription at 28 days when you have a 30 day supply. This is another blatant lie. The app even says when you can refill. The app also showed me that I could transfer. This is actually a regular thing for most CVS. They are rude, they lie, and they just must be lazy. I actually called another CVS who tried the same thing with me and then on my third cvs call I was helped and the Pharmacist transferred my Script and filled it. He gave me Zero issue and was extremely nice. Why do they insist on saying these things when I know they are lying and they know I know they are lying? And there is Never any accountability. STOP PLAYING with People’s lives and fill the script."
