"This is a late review but I have to shine a light on the young man at the Deli Counter, Elijah. Since coming to this location customer service has been stellar. A few days ago I was coming in for my usual Tuna sandwich and he was leaving to go home but instead he went back to the deli and not only did he make my sandwich he made two additional sandwiches for another woman waiting in line. Elijah’s presence is blissful, respectful and I will continue to shop here!"

"A "Whole Foods" type market with Health-conscious, healthy foods and other offerings - in the Northeast?!? Never thought I'd see the day - seriously. But, it's new and it's here! Generous crew of workers, pleasing and unique store layout, TONS of alternative foods & goods that most people from NE Philly wouldn't even know EXISTED. Check out their milk(s)/yogurts, ice cream aisles. They even have divergent types of maple syrups."

"I think this location has kinks to work out. I have shopped South Philly on Broad and Cherry Hill. All have different strengths. But this one needs the staff to gel and get more experienced. Personal conversation by staff while stocking and at deli should area should be curtailed. Sometimes the staff will ignore your presence while they chat amongst themselves. I have gotten fruit that ripened way too fast and or was flavorless. Sushi is good when done right, and I love the breads. The staff could be a bit more refined and knowledgeable. But hey you are employing locals which is good and this mall complex is being rejuvenated and not shutting down. The area needs it. Blessings to it and the areas sustainability. Let's be positive supportive and management take heed."

"Updated review: 07-09-24 Stopped back today for some quick shopping. Two items were incorrect when ringing up so we asked one of the employees if they could give us a refund and they got the manager and she gave us a refund. The manager was not nice and had no customer service skills. I felt like she was perturbed that she had to refund part of our money when it was the stores fault. I knocked off one star for the rudeness and hope they hire some new staff with good people skills. The revitalization of Roosevelt Mall is underway! The supermarket boasts a clean environment and an impressive selection of organic and diverse foods. Fair prices and friendly, helpful employees make this a welcome addition to Northeast Philadelphia."

"Stopped here for the first and was amazed by the abundance of products they had. Not to mention the amazing deals! $5 sushi?! Excuse me? Yes, please! Scooped like 3 of them and their affordable cold pressed juices were tasty af. Will def stop by again, love this place already!"
