"Went in for a new phone plan and New iphone. The employee didn't ask me what plan I wanted and signed me up for a business plan which was 100+ dollars a month. Enrolled me in a protection plan without asking me, which also cost me more $$. I told him it will only be me on the account(not a business account) and this is my first phone plan. I feel taken advantage of."

"Very very very bad customer service, don’t admit there’s mistakes. My sim is not actives and told was actives. Wasting people time for coming back and forwards, cancel t-mobile service. Very unprofessional."

"My gf and I went to this location to get new phones, a plan, and wifi. We got to meet Ahn and Richard. They both helped us tremendously. They were professional and took the time to explain everything to us. We ended up staying later than expected setting up everything. Thank God for their time, patience, and grace. "Do not ever shop at this location or honestly with this company. This location allowed someone who was no longer an authorized user to finance 2 iPhone 15s WITHOUT MY CONSENT AS I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. & T-Mobile customer service wants to blame the person buying it and not the store for allowing it? You allowed someone access to my account and they don’t even know the PIN number to my account either- you just wanted a sale - which is also ironic bc when a few weeks prior I asked to add another line for a phone bc my phone was broken and couldn’t be fixed and you told me I couldn’t do that THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. I would never trust this company or this location with my personal information, account, etc."
