"Where to start.. I usually get my meds at cvs but since my insurance would no longer cover one med it was cheaper to use a goodrx coupon and fill it here vs Cvs. I called yesterday to have the ex transferred. Took all my info since I’ve never been here before and I agreed to text notifications for when it’s ready. 24 hours later I haven’t received anything so I stopped in. No one knew anything about it and chalked it up to them being busy yesterday. So I gave them all my info again and asked if it would be ready today. The Pharmacist was pretty much saying he don’t know and “if I can get it transferred” .. well sir.. calling cvs will get it transferred! I stayed until I heard him get off the phone with cvs so I knew it was transferred and said I’d be back around 6 to pick it up. I get there to pick it up no issues until the tech puts a receipt and a paper with all my info on it to verify all my info is correct and sign. She then sends it’s out the draw of the first drive through lane and walks away. I sign both and she still haven’t returned.. WTH! I didn’t have time to wait until she deemed it necessary to return so I had to push the draw closed! I caught the rph wave to me as I drove off. If you don’t like ur job quit it! I’m glad my insurance changes next month and hope I no longer have to stop there.. if even drive out of my way to go to another rite aid if I have to! The front end workers as awesome just wish I could say the same about the back.."

"I come here a lot everyone is nice and service is good. One thing turns my stomach and that's the bathroom it is so dam dirty!!! My god the toilets are so nasty and the dirt on floors and walls is just disgusting!!!! Can someone please take a gallon on bleach and clean them????"
