"this 7/11 needs to update its hours. it is not 24 hours, it closes for 5-6 hours a day because it's in a god awful neighborhood and has to deal with the worst people humanity has to offer. do not go to this location between midnight and 6am, it will probably be closed at the manager's discretion."

"Got a pack of donuts. Upon opening and taking my first bite, in the store mind you. Donuts were stale, inedible. I checked the date, two weeks past expiration. I tell the cashier and ask for a new/different pack of donuts. He yells at me to get out of the store. Great customer service.. The night crew is horrendous.."

"I like the variety, and that for the most part the items I go to get are usually in stock. Unfortunately, I knocked off 3 stars due to the crowds of people that come hang out with the employees working, there's a certain employee that is very very rude and incompetent. Also, two days ago I saw a large flying roach walking right past the counter and no attempt was made to kill or capture/release it. Very unsanitary. There was also a hotdog with a literal bite taken out of it in the back of the roller. "Hot foods" are rarely ever fresh, or stocked for that matter. If they are stocked they are stale, hard, almost inedible. I personally only purchase factory sealed items from this location. Good for drinks, candies, and other snacks etc."
