"I should have read these reviews first. It looks like they have customer no-service. Warranties are not worth much from them. Update: After a ridiculously thorough investigation from their customer no-service, they did reluctantly send me a replacement."

"The bulb head claims the sun blast lights are weatherproof and they can be left outside, but unfortunately, the moisture get into the units and make them dysfunctional. Don’t waste your money and time purchasing this product. Additionally, the call center is not very helpful with replacement or refunding your money. It’s just a huge nightmare. Thank you!"

"Buyer beware, this company by has false advertising! I ordered the hurricane wizard on line through there web site. They said they would send the windshield visor along with an extra windshield wizard in the order. All I received was the one windshield wizard. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this company!"

"The company that takes telephone orders and complaints are located in the middle and Far East. They use American names, but clearly have the colloquial dialect of the middle & far east. If I could give less than one star I would. Do not use this company, unless you want headaches."

"They double charged me for an order that I already received and paid for almost a year ago. Out of the blue I received an email that stated my order was received. I did not place an order nor have I even been on their site ever since I placed my original order almost a year ago. Now waiting on the phone for customer service. It keeps stating that there is a 2 minute wait but it’s been over 10. I will be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau."
