"Poor customer service! Isiah the manager and most especially Kat the associate messed up the promotion and sweet talked us from the beginning. We questioned the promotion she was telling us because it seems to good to be true. They fed us wrong information and now we are stucked with a higher monthy bill. We’ve been customers for about a decade and never had this issue. She also mistakenly shipped our units to a different address and when asked for assistance, she did not help us but instead pointed customer care. On a positive note, the new manager — Dre, assisted and addressed our concerns professionally. Since he handled a lot of complaints the moment he took over. Hoping this store get their act right."

"To the potential customers, be sure to call customer service first instead of going to this store. I've called T-Mobile customer support before coming here. There were some additional employees there but they pointed in the direction to speak with this lady. I don't recall her name but I think she's been there for a little bit to consider her to be a legend from the new employee's mouth. She was finishing up with another customer. I waited a few minutes but when I asked her I just wanted to inquire about information that this T-Mobile service would offer versus the current carrier I have. The pricing that she was giving me was a lot different than the customer support team that I called into. I was not satisfied with the outcome nor I would go back. What I would like you folks to do is do your homework. There's plenty of information online. Call up customer support, they can sell you the services as a retail store. They seem to be more flexible and want to help you."
