"I was in need of an ac due the hvac at my rental breaking down. I decided to send my daughter while I watched my very active grandson. No one wants an overactive child running around a store. They sell my daughter a unit that runs off of a 220v cord. We could not use it. My daughter called as soon as we unloaded the unit to explain the plug does not fit. They send her to the local hardware store. The hardware store explains there is no adapter we could use. A new line would have to be installed by an electrician to power the unit. We called again to say we can't use this. They offered to take it back but at half the cost we paid for it. We have tried listing it everywhere and can not sell it. Women and POC beware. If they sense you don't know something, they will hussle you. We still have no air and are out $400. We would've come back and spent the money on units we could use. Now we are left with nothing but an expensive lesson on who not to trust in our hometown."
