"By far the best hobby shop for online shopping. Had some issues with a package (due to the shipping company not them) and they sorted it out without any issue. Also they are one of the only US based shops that actually carry HPI and other European and Asian brands. Don’t know if it was the owner I talked to but from the way we talked you can tell these people have the hobby and customers in mind over making a quick buck. Also they have great coupons so look into them."

Four orders within the last weeks, four times gold standard reaction times / delivery times and still flexible enough to change items after order was placed. UPS delivers within 48 hours to Switzerland, which is couple of days faster than some deliveries within Europe. Freight costs and availability of Tekno parts could be better, which would be a huge pro for our couple of EB / ET drivers, but not a deal breaker. Keep up the good work!"
