"I was being helped by a lovely associate (5 stars to her) and was in search of a planner for my husband. She went to go check with colleagues if there were any other options available in the store. When she asked, the one colleague standing around talking bluntly just responded “I’m not on the clock.” Luckily other employees jumped in to assist but this woman was so incredibly rude. If she wasn’t on the clock why even say anything? It was very uncomfortable."

"I often come to this store regardless of the high prices because it’s convenient and I can usually find a nice card or gift when needed. However I went in today to get a wedding card and I was charged more than the price on the card. When I asked about the discrepancy, the sales associate told me the price was marked wrong and the higher price was correct. Then instead of honoring the marked price she told me she could just return it instead. The card was already over $10 which I felt was a lot for the product. This felt like a poor business practice and made me feel less inclined to shop there in the future."
