"After numerous good experiences with Clutter. My last experience was awful. After 3 attempts to get my items out of storage the movers dumped my items in front of my house and left. The first appointment, the movers took 4 hours to move 1/3 of my items, bc they were tired and their time was almost up. The second appointment 15 items were missing and they friend to deliver someone else’s (broken) item. This last attempt they refused to bring my items upstairs so they left them on the sidewalk. Do not use these people. The mover quality has gone down hill."
