"It was clean, buses were on time as scheduled. However most of the screens that show when the next bus arrives is broken. Has been like that for some time, has yet to be fixed. Does pose a problem when trying to get scheduled to your next destination."
"Only thing good about it is that its a bus depot. Be very careful and aware at all times. If you are not hassled to buy a loosie cigarette....then expect to be badgered for a spare dollar or two....then be told about your life from the Jehovah witness. Not sure what the cops are there for because no laws or rules are enforced"
"It's way better now than it use to be. It's policed more, cleaned more, and there are electronic boards that shows what time the next bus come. They also added more seats There is almost always someone in the customer service booth to assist you with directions or give you a paper schedule."
"As a visitor I found it to very easy to navigate through and the Septa attendants were friendly and helpful. It is a great way to get around and provides easy access to the historical sites. Although, there are a lot of people trying to sell things, it was a pleasant experience."
