"The windshield was filthy, the mirrors wouldn't stay adjusted. Which peice of equipment was in condition to take was questionable. Did seem to be communication between the store I was supposed to pick up from and the store I did get the truck from."

"Usually a great place to pick up a uhaul. This time was underwhelming. They had computer issues so it took an unusually long time to check in, but that was no big deal. My issue this time was with the truck itself. Very poorly maintained.... The AC didn't work at all, and the steering was very loose and caused the truck to wander all over the road. It was a short move, so I dealt with it, but I'll be speaking with a representative about a partial refund. There's no reason I should pay full price for a truck in that condition."

"Giving my experience 5 stars. Mike was awesome. It took him about 3 minutes total to hook me up. I called at 7:30am and was driving off the lot by 8:30am. New van with 14K mls. Clean cargo hold with rubber matting. Had it for 3 hrs, $37. Nice! So customer service, Truck, Main Lobby and no hassle. Absolutely Perfect Rental. Thanks Mike."

"I had a truck reservation for moving but when I arrived they didn't have the truck available or any other option and left me hanging on my own. My whole moving plan ended up in a disaster because of the lack of communication at this location. its Been over a month and haven't heard from a manger or anyone for a explanation."

"Who ever is "checking" these trucks in needs to be fired. I used this location to move on Sept. 08.2021. I got a 26 foot truck, and requested a dozen furniture pads. The truck it self should not have been rented out. - The brakes had to be pushed to the floor to work, and the parking brake, abs, and hand brake lights would turn on for extended periods of time throughout my trip. - The cab vibrations and rattles were so loud and jarring I had to drive under the speed limit on the highway so that the mirrors weren't shaking so bad that I couldn't see what was in them. - The headlights were dim, and basically pointed down. - The interior cab lights did not work - The horn did not work - The truck had the wrong sized ramp that was clearly designed for a smaller truck. Due to it being too short, the loading ramp was basically at a 45 degree angle rendering it useless for rolling things up and down it. It was also off the track, and required 2 people to get it out (photo attached) - The driver seat was like sitting on a basketball sized rock. - The suspension was non-existent, driving it seemed like Jim Carry driving in Ace Ventura 2. I was bouncing all over the place, you would have thought I was off roading. - There were portions of the skirt completely missing, which ruins the aerodynamics and reduces fuel efficiency. - The hand truck and pads were missing from the back of the truck even though I was told they would be in there as I requested furniture pads for my rental. When I got to the location and opened the truck, there was nothing. just the bracket to hold the hand truck. I called and they wanted me to add miles to my trip to come back to the store. I said I will go without, but would like to take them off my rental so I don't get charged for not returning them, and also because I didn't get the pads for my original order. Also, I did not request a hand truck, and did not get the pads I requested, but I was charged for both. I mentioned it at check in, and have not heard anything about it from u-haul themselves. If I could give less stars I would."
