"Priority Shuttle was perfect. The confirmation email was very clear and showed my total bill. When I called to reconfirm my service I spoke with the owner who assured me I would be taken care of. The driver was provided my name and number and called me when he was about 15 minutes away. I traveled from Philadelphia to JFK airport with 18 people in my group. We had two vans and a luggage trailer which provided a comfortable ride there and back. The driver provided clear instructions for the return service and even though I was out of the country and 8 hours ahead of the US, I was able to leave a voicemail. When I landed back at JFK I had a voicemail from the driver letting me know that he was there. I wish the process to get through customs and immigration and retrieve luggage was faster because the driver had to wait even longer. We made a rest stop about half way through our journey which allowed people to use the restroom and grab something to drink. I will definitely use Priority Shuttle in the future."
