"Waited for the bus at terminal A in newark airport and it just zoomed by without stopping. Called customer service and they said i’m out of luck and will have to wait for the next bus in 1.5 hours. no apology, no refund, no guarantee that next bus will stop anyway. This service is a scam. *to add insult to injury, they responded to my refund request insinuating it was my fault for not seeing the bus. I did see it - I saw it zoom right past me. this company is terrible."

"The angry man in the ticket office (mobile home, really) is something resembling a miserable human combined with that troll who lived under the bridge that kept the billy goats from crossing. The two exchanges I’ve had with him, where I was simply asking for information, were met with brazen contempt and disgust and easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been to the post office many, many times). After I was able to pry just enough info from this dour old crank, who insisted I look at the tiny printouts on his cork board instead of asking him any questions directly, I made my ticket book purchase for the month, still not quite sure if I got what I needed. He told me the tickets expire in thirty days but wouldn’t give me a reason. I am waiting for my bus in the office, which is a cross between a conjugal visit trailer and the DMV, and I hear him berating some poor soul for calling and asking another stupid question. He ended the call by slamming the receiver and uttering “Christ.” A religious man, I guess? The bus ride was smooth, although 78 was jammed up by 7:30. Unfortunately, this bus seems to be the best option for commuting to Midtown. If you can keep it brief with the Tran-Bridge troll behind the plexiglass, you should have a reasonable experience."

"When NJ Transit does a better than thank you do its time to close up shop. Just try and find a schedule on their website that is readable. Even NJ transit has a searchable schedule and not just an unreadable PDF. Its the 21st century"
