United States Postal Service 20 Sussex Street, Port Jervis, NY 12771

"Our neighborhood has had no mail delivery for two full days—no delivery on Saturday; no delivery Monday. Since the Port Jervis Post Office didn’t answer the phone, I went there. I was told they are “low-staffed,” and that the carrier would deliver that day (Monday), albeit late. Well, that didn’t happen. Isn’t it a federal law that the postal service deliver mail six days a week? Isn’t it against federal law to withhold mail? The agent at the desk had a very cavalier response… “No one wants to work anymore.” Outrageous."
