"The website worked great until recently. I’ve purchased numerous times without difficulty until now. The website was down & when it came back up I was unable to sign in. I tried following the steps to reset my password without success. I tired creating a new account as suggested without success. I called and spoke with customer service who stated the only thing I can do is creat a new account with a different email account and load another credit card. I explained I don’t have or want another email account. I was told use another email provider other than Google Gmail because McDaniel’s auto reply system isn’t working well with gmail. This issue is very frustrating because McDaniel Jailpackstore is the only option for the facility my inmate can receive packages. Two Thumbs Down for McDaniel’s current situation. As stated above everything worked fine initially but not working properly presently. I’m very disappointed and so is my incarcerated loved one."

"I mean like how many hours does it take for y'all to get the money to y'all to get to the inmates it shold take like 20 i think but why does it take hours like over 6 and Counting now you're trying to make interest plus fees"

"I'm not a customer but im rating the driver thats in the Augusta area the morning of May 1,2023. Very reckless and dangerous . Wouldn't let me on 520 when you see me coming off the on ramp just get over instead of speeding up!! Running off the road like dude some of us want to make it to work and home. GET BETTER DRIVERS before someone get hurt."
