"Almon inflicted pain and distress upon my family at a recent service they handled for my sister-in-law. The funeral director intentionally mispresented how aspects of the service were to be handled after arrangements were made. The most egregious part of this was refusing to allow a family member to make brief remarks at the service after this was agreed to in advance. The experience was so shockingly disrespectful that I filed a complaint for unprofessional conduct with the State Board of Funeral Service. Find another service who will provide you with the dignity and respect you need at such a vulnerable and important time in your life."
