"I clearly asked for $10 regular and handed the attendant(which I’m nearly certain is the owner) my boyfriend’s debit card and he filled the tank for $45 instead. There was no language barrier as the police officer tried to claim. This guy understands English perfectly well. The police officer I talked to said that this sort of behavior was a problem at this particular gas station, and at others in the township, and nothing is being done. He knew exactly what he was doing. He wasted the police officer’s time (and my own) by making me call the police in the first place instead of doing the right thing and refunding my $35. As I left, he had a smirk on his face that said he knew EXACTLY what he was doing. This is the second time in 5 years that this same attendant(who I believe is the owner) has done this. I was driving a rental and only needed 1/4 tank of gas. I only had to fill it to halfway according to my rental agreement. Why would I give Enterprise $35 worth of free gas?!?! Don’t bother calling the police because they know and do NOTHING."
