When they found out I had video proof of what my car looked like when it came in they tried to give me used parts to a different car so I had to take them to court. "I had gotten my transmission done here when Steve ran it. Great work, great guy to deal with. So when this car broke down, I went back. They DROPPED my engine (had to scrap my car) and refused even a partial refund of almost $700. Bill is a disgrace. He looks like a sweet old man but hes nothing but a crook. Absolutely disgraceful and bad business. Took my money and my car is in a junkyard. Beware!"
