"A man is living at this Lukoil location behind the dumpster. When customers go inside to pay, he was seen looking in car windows. This was reported to store cashier and he stated there is nothing they can do. He has been living at this location for over a month and nothing is being done. I will no longer go to this gas station till he is removed."

"I stopped here seeing their competitive gas prices on my way to work. My credit card would not work at the pump due to unknown reason. I ended up going inside and staff behind the counter seemed to be clueless about the issue and tried to blame it on my credit card. Another customer was having the same issue. It turned out their payment processing system had problems. Another trip, similar issue, went inside, this time I was told they were out of Regular and only Premium was available. No signs were posted at the pump and prices on their sign were still up. It was nothing but a known bait and switch tactic to bring traffic in."
