"My friend and I got off the train in a panic, as my friend was having intestinal distress and needed a restroom. The old rude guy at the window was demanding that we clean up the bathroom before he even had any idea if we had made a mess or not, and he was very belittling and unkind to both of us. I wish SEPTA would train their employees to treat customers better. My friend and I both have autism and we dont deal with confrontation well. Do better, SEPTA!"

"Coins are required for parking but the office can't break a $20. "We don't have change for big bills" I'm told. It's a $20 and it's not as if I wanted $20 worth of quarters. Beyond the painful need to modernize this system, a minimum requirement for coined parking is adequate change making abilities. Come on SEPTA!"

"Good luck finding parking. Good luck if you have trouble climbing into a train as this place does not have a platform. Hope you're a man that only needs to urinate if you're using the bathroom because you won't want to sit on that toilet. Why three stars then? Because nominally, four train lines pass through here. That means if you miss your train and you only need to get to Center City, you can relax and know there's another train in less than an hour, usually within 15 minutes. That's worth five stars but two stars off for not having enough parking."
