"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY its been almost 2 YEARS and still NO monument put up even after i paid them same day CASH ASAP my dad till this day doesn't have it put up i called them over and over and over and they NEVER answer the phone i also know that they see me calling and decide to not answer because i was parked outside their office and called call after call after call and they DIDNT pick up my phone call nor was she doing anything just sitting there IGNORING MY CALLS!!! so i walk up in there and ask IN PERSON INSTEAD and yet she still has the audacity to tell a customer in there that her day was going good until now! like what kind of service does she think she is giving!!!! yes your day may be ruined when a customer that PAID CASH and sees her dads monument arrived 2MONTHS ago just sitting there!!! and when i asked why is it not put up yet or why are my calls NOT being answered she comes up with the most amount of EXCUSES!!!!!!! ''oh i was sick'' ''oh he was sick'' ''oh my truck is down'' ''oh the car part hasn't came in yet'' ''oh my mechanic told me not to drive the truck yet after its been fixed incase it doesn't work'' ''oh i'll call you back when this and that''.......... its NOT that hard to take my dads monument 15 MIN AWAY FROM YOUR OFFICE!!!!!!!! LITERALLY 15-20 MIN!!!!!! his monument is just SITTING THERE WAITING TO BE PUT UP!!!!!!!!! you can take peoples money asap but can't do your job asap nor use any of the other 2 TRUCKS you have sitting there aswell keep in mind the order was placed when my daddy passed away FEB 26TH 2022 AND STILL NOTHINGG!!!!!!!!!! oh and when you ask for a copy of your contract she will DENY it and NOT want to give you ANYTHING!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE ....HORRIBLE ATTITUDES WHEN ALL YOU WANT IS SIMPLE ANSWERS!....NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALLS!!..... i kept calling yesterday more than 20 TIMES!!! until she decided to answer because she saw i wasn't going to stop till i got AGAIN a false response from her and told me they should put it up this week if not next week i don't trust her because that's the same thing she said 2months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL NOPE!!!!!!!! JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They called my mom over a month ago and said that my Dad’s monument was finish. And my Dad’s monument is paid for. My mom has called 4 times leaving voicemails to get back with her and they have yet to get back with her. My mom tried calling again today and they didn’t answer so she was leaving a voicemail and my mom was getting very upset so in the middle of the voice mail the lady answered and got very rude with my mom which didn’t settle with me. Don’t get rude with my momma. She said her dad was sick which I understand but if you run a business you answer the phone or have someone there to do it for you and what happened to the first or 2nd time she called. My family also ordered my Papa’s monument from them and they did my uncle the exact same way and he had to get upset with them before they would answer the phone. They have awful customer service and very poor business. If I could rate them at a negative I would. The only reason I put 1 star was so I could post this. I will not be ordering from them again."
