"I went to rent a 10x10 climate control unit and they didn't have any at the time. Gloria the daytime manager told me that there would be one available in a day or two. So I went back in a couple days later and Gloria was not there but Marianne was. So she looked and saw that Gloria had put one on reserve for me.
