"If I could give this location a Zero I would. Very unprofessional and rude. The lady I was speaking with was very rude and you can tell she doesn’t care to much for black ppl like myself kept over talking me and didn’t assist with helping me with my account told me my signature didn’t match my application and I would have to come in all I was asking if for my email and phone number to be updated I know my log in and password but the phone and email the have to verify my online account is wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to any one they are prejudice and doesn’t care able there customer I will be closing my account and recommending everyone on every social media platform to never bank with them and how they treat their customers"
