How hard is it offer a reliable service now that rates have increased to $19 a day Hamilton to Penn Station even so I’d gladly willingly pay it to have a functioning and reliable train service to and from my office like the rest of the world"

"First, the parking garage experience was awful. They recommend using your credit card at entry for fastest exit. The machine kept saying error,so I got a ticket. Upon returning, the pay machine again said error every time I tried to check out, so I went to the manned booth. He swiped my card and got error as well and had to manually input the card information. The person in front of me apparently was having the same problem. I used that card all day long, at an ATM, ,to buy train tickets, subway tickets, and meals with no problem. Second, since there was no manned booth to purchase tickets I used the automated kiosk. I paid for a round trip ticket, after a processing messag, 1 ticket was produced by the machine, i assumed it was for the round trip and I boarded the train After I got on the train, I noticed it said one way. When I asked the conductor why it was one way, (and showed him the purchase on my bank's online statement for the amount of a round trip )he said there should have been a second ticket. When I said only 1 ticket was produced, he said "Oh yeah, sometimes those machines are very slow printing the second ticket " So I was stuck paying 3 fares for a round trip."
"Great place when the Dunkin Donuts and the bathrooms are open. Large sculptures in the front are from Grounds for Sculpture nearby."
