"Be careful parking here! The staff watch you like a hawk. The moment you step away from your car you better have paid for that parking, I'm talking the minute your foot hits that pavement because they're quick to issue you a citation minutes after, like less than 10 minutes after. And, you better make sure you have perfect cell service and that payment goes through. Don't make the mistake like I did with a payment not going through, and me being an honest person that I am noticed (albeit hours later, before returning to my car) that my payment did not go through. I did what any honest person would do, I immediately resubmitted the payment for my day parking. To my surprise, I received a citation for $11, no biggie, I figured I can get it removed because I made my payment but NO! The reason is because I did not submit my payment within the 9 minutes I stepped out of the car so here I am an honest weekly Hamilton traveler, has now paid twice for my parking. Take a lesson from me and also from the customer service representative who told me next time don't pay for parking and just pay the citation. Walk to your car first and if you see the citation, pay the $11 citation only, it's a few cents more then the daily parking. Sad that they like to reward dishonest people than those who try to rectify their honest mistakes. PS. great parking lot though...a bit crowded but safe and clean."

"Terribly run parking garage and now they are dramatically raising the parking rates. No one uses the app and there's only one full service lane so even if you use the app, you get trapped waiting to get out due to the extremely long line of cars waiting for the full service lane. It's criminal!"

"A bunch of irritable, rude, and inconsiderate crooks, these Nexus Parking people. I paid for parking via the app in the morning, i got back in the evening to pick up my car and met a ticket on my windshield for $22! I go to the kiosk to complain and this kid who hardly looked away from his phone tells me i have to pay the ticket before i can file a dispute! Such customer service!! I will be here for when that class action lawsuit comes to bite your incompetent behinds"

It's bare bones in terms of amenities, and the bathrooms are far from pleasant, often leaving travelers less than impressed. The station can also feel crowded, especially during peak hours, adding to the overall sense of discomfort.One major issue is the frequent malfunction of the escalator, which seems to be out of order more often than not, causing inconvenience for passengers, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility challenges."

"This train station is the easiest to park and use. There is an outdoor parking lot for monthly tag holders and a garage for additional parking. If you take the NEC to NYC it takes 1.5 hours to NYC Penn Station. I prefer this station over others as there is ample space for my 2500 truck."
