"They need to post that it is an appointment only. My daughter went and it destroyed her day, the experience was completely awful. She needed to get a wig, because she needs one being she is sick. This was so truly an awful experience she had at this shop! So insensitive. How would they feel if their loved ones was treated like this!!!!!!!! This could of all been avoided with a simple posting "by appointment only" on their website!"
