"My last experience with this shop was excellent. Fatou and Abby are braiding stylist that are professional, kind and accommodating to the customer, Abby is still there which a good thing. Unfortunately, Fatou is no longer there. I found her to be replacement to be unprofessional, loud and often on the phone. She was 45 minutes late for a 9 am appointment! I should have left then, it definitely was a bad sign. She had two of us scheduled (braiding)at the same time and needed help to complete our hair. While Abby was cranking out customers left and right with satisfaction. I would suggest booking appointments with Abby."

"My experience is with Abby. The shop has great braiders but I’ve only been to Abby. My girl Abby never disappoints. She makes sure when you are leaving her chair, you leave completely satisfied. When I first went to Abby, I told her about the condition of my hair; thin sparse edges and my plans on growing it out. She gave me great advice and my edges have grown out a lot since going to her. I trust no one in the area except for her when it comes to my hair. She has been a hair stylist/ braider for years and you can tell she loves doing hair. Five stars! Totally recommend. My advice is to book an appointment in advance. I always give Abby at least 48 hours before I come in to see if she has availability. Thanks Abby!"

"My experience with this place started off bad and I should have never went back. My appointment was at 8:30, mix up with the person opening the shop It wasn’t until 9:45am that she started. I had left and come back. Nor her or Mr Arrogant the owner apologized for the inconvenience. needless to say I would not recommend Dashawn. She can NOT NOT do Faux Locs. I held it together until I got to my car but cried how could she have charged me for this mess. I work 7 days a week for my hard earned money 2 jobs and seriously felt robbed. I had several conversations with her showed her the picture before she did my hair and she assured me she could do it. I left there with a hairstyle that looked 4 weeks old it was puffy and old looking. Little girl that shows me you have no character that just wanted the money knowing you weren’t qualified.. ughhhhh sooooooo disappointed I’m not one to cause a scene but that was cause for me to black the heck out.I felt robbed for Christmas she didn’t deserve a dime. I paid her $160 plus $51, I got the hair that she told me to get for the hairstyle that I had to take out in 3 days i took that nastiness out. It looked like someone learning not a professional had done in. My I’ll take my refund via cash app. I’m sure that’s not gonna happen. The young lady who makes wigs to your head in the back, she did that! She may be only experienced one in the shop. My suggestion to you Mr. Arrogant get yourself some qualified people in your shop if you want longevity. I said all that to say this shop is new with promise if people of character and true hair skills are going to be working there."
