"I highly recommend this company. Out of all the years I've gotten my lashes done, this was THE best experience I've had. The atmosphere had a sense of peace and serenity. The set up was very organized and the areas were nice and clean. My service provider Eboni was polite, professional and welcoming. I felt relax and pampered. Ebony explained to me step by step the condition of my lashes after she measured and examine. The type of products used and how to care for my lashes were provided. Unlike other places I've gone to over a period of approximately 40 years this is the best service I've had when it comes to my eyebrows and lashes. I highly recommend this place, the service and most of all the person. Its worth the price. If you are in a rush this is not the place for you. Make sure you set aside at least a couple of hours. You will not be disappointed."

"I intended to come to deka lash while my lash artist was on maternity leave. I've been with her for 4 years. I had the displeasure of having Brandi at my first visit. She was not a very welcoming forefront for my first visit. Im not well versed on the pleathera of types of lashes offered & she couldn't be bothered. A visual aid would've been useful! I was told that my lashes were "too sticky" for her to work with, so I accommodated her & let her remove the existing lashes & put an entirely new set on. Big mistake! I was there for 3 hours! (Unbeknownst to me bc I fell asleep!) When I was shown the end result, they looked nothing, absolutely nothing, like my usual lashes & I was charged $200+! Im not one to complain, so I left dissatisfied. In the days there following, I couldn't bring myself to get over how much I'd spent on these lashes that I didn't feel myself in. I called customer service & explained my dilemma, they relayed the message to the location & a manager reached out to me. This manager deserves to be recognized for not only the customer service that comes with her job, but her ability to listen & treat clients like they're a long time friend. Ive had the astute pleasure of being with Eboni (the manager) for the past few months. I'm excited to see her smile at every visit! We laugh, we joke, we relate. She explains & keeps it real! Big kudos to Eboni for turning my frown upside down ❤️ I've actually decided to leave my artist of 4 years to stay with Eboni!"

"Great management. Initially went in for appt with my Groupon, and lashes didn’t turn out as I’d hoped. Manager reached out to me (unprompted) and asked how my experience was, and I replied and said I’d wished they were more curled. She invited me back in and fixed them for me. My lashes were very resistant to being permed, however both technicians did a great job."
