"If I can give this place a 0 I will. I normally don't write reviews, but I feel like customers need to be aware of this practice. If you're looking for IV infusions, please go to a well-established company. I scheduled an appointment and paid full price for the service ahead of time which the website mandates, which was over 300 dollars, only to be told that there was no record of my appointment and that it should be rescheduled. I thought that my payment would be credited towards my new appointment only to find out that when I rescheduled on-line, they took another 300 dollars out of my account. When I brought attention to this, they said they will refund me. 2 hrs before my 2nd appt made they cancelled the appointment. So that's 600 paid to this company that I still have not received. Please beware of this place."
