At the start the evaluation was free and one month later after they collected two payments and I decided not to continue with the membership because of the product quality and treatment then they removed the hair system and refused to refund the money."

"I was told I would be able to come in for an in-person consultation where someone qualified would assess the health of my hair and scalp. Instead, when I got there, they asked me to fill out my third form with information (they certainly didn't need), made me wait about 15 minutes, and then put me in a room with a mini laptop and told my consultation was virtual. What a joke."

As for the stylists, I cannot praise them enough. My main stylist is Dawn. Like her name suggests, she is God’s pure first sunlight incarnated. She is, in a single word, amazing. I cannot begin to describe how committed to perfection she is. She literally takes a personal interest in making sure that her hairstyling for me makes me look good (not an easy task!). And she does that each and every visit without fail. And has done so for many years. If I find out later that she is part angel and part magician, I would not be surprised at all. Those are her technical skills. On a personal level, she is even more amazing. You could search high and low, near and far, and be hard pressed to find a nicer, more professional person in any service industry. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her, not only for the good styling, but also for the personal warmth, friendship, and good listening skills. It feels for all the world like one friend going to another’s place to chat and get a great hairstyle at the same time. When my appointment is over, I am sad (the appointment is over), elated (I had the appointment), and I am starting to anticipate my next appointment. I think she secretly administers some kind of therapy in these sessions unbeknownst to me! To be clear, Dawn rocks! It would be remiss of me to fail to call out the other stylists who work there. Over the years, I have obtained services from many of them from time to time when Dawn was on vacation or otherwise not available. To a person, they always provided great service, with charm and personality. I just always know that I am in good hands with everyone in that office. If you are a current HCM client and looking for a new office, or if you are thinking about becoming a new client, don’t hesitate. And don’t walk. Run, to the Marlton office. Skip the rest and go with the best!"
