"Products are fine but the “policies” this store has is actually ridiculous and the workers are so rude and cannot be bothered. Every time I go there I’m always waiting at least five minutes to be checked out because the workers are either busy upfront or doing something in the back and I’m left alone waiting to check out. I placed an online order to pick up in store last night and went to pick it up today and was charged $20 more for everything I bought because the promotion was over today like okay I placed my order before the promotions were over and I was at work and couldn’t pick up my order the same day. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences at this store and honestly if it wasn’t for the convenience of being so close to me I wouldn’t be coming back"

"I don't come to Salon Centric often but when I do I have no complaints. My most recent visit I came in real quick to run in and grab 2 products before doing a client. When I got to the register I waited almost 5 minutes before someone helped me out, mind you there were 2 people standing at the register, doing paperwork, that acknowledged I was there the whole time. I understand there's side work to be done but the way your company makes money was standing waiting to be checked out aggravated that the way I make money had to wait. I was late to do my client because of this when I made it a point to come early enough to have some time inbetween."
