"I walked in and let Gabrielle know that I was a new client and had never gotten my lashes done. I told her I did not want anything too dramatic or long yet halfway through the service when I get up to use the restroom I see that she put 14mm lashes on me and acted oblivious when I brought it up to her. It’s less than 24 hours past my appointment and I already have gaps in my lashes. I spoke to Jen and told her I was not comfortable getting my lashes fixed with Gabrielle and she did not care. She also said that it was a “he said she said” situation. I am the customer and Gabrielle was cutting me off and coming off very aggressive when I told her about the length. Whatever happened to customer service? Rude and trash quality of work"
