"I decided to visit EWC to collect a birthday offer for a free service. Destiny was assigned to my scheduled appointment. She offered and explained brow tinting. Based on her explanation I decided to try it out. I was pleased with the eye brow wax and tinting service. However, I was not pleased with the front desk representative Byron who unfortunately overcharged on my birthday offer which was supposed to be free. I would suggest the front desk representative not to assume or rush through the check out process with customers. It could potentially result in customers not returning. But outside of that, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this location."
