"I attempted to get a gel manicure as a walk-in. No one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in as I sat in the waiting area for 23 minutes. The salon is lovely and I really looked forward to the visit. Unfortunately, the lack of positive Customer Service was disappointing. Fortunately, I will give them another try on another day and hope for the best. UPDATE: I returned for a pedicure with Michelle. My experience was lovely. I will return for pedicures. Amy and the rest of the staff were personable and friendly. I appreciated their willingness to try again. I’m glad I returned."

"Will never understand why the Yelp reviews are so low for here. I have been going here for over 10 years, and drive over from PA just to go here. All of the girls are so sweet, and Gam is my go-to. Took a small break to try and go somewhere closer to me several years ago and was disappointed, as expected. There is nowhere better. Gel toes and gel nails always turn out great and have gotten hundreds of compliments over the years on colors I've had, designs, quality, etc."
