"The attendant was talking on his cell phone with earbuds most of the time. I asked him to fill it up regular. He put a few gallons of premium in before I noticed the mistake and repeated that I wanted regular. He filled it the rest of the way with regular. I wanted to pay the regular gas price for all of the gas, but he repeatedly insisted I pay the full cost of the premium gas, even though I pointed out that it was his mistake, which he didn't deny. Finally I said that I would pay the full cost and not buy gas there again. He was satisfied with that."
