"Out of State buyer beware! This dealer and it's representatives are engaging in illegal activity. They are selling vehicles without proper registration documents. Multiple representatives have instructed me to break the law by having an unregistered vehicle on the road. It having an expired temporary tag / registration could jeopardize the financing as well as the requirement from an insurance provider to have a fully compliant vehicle. God forbid I am in an accident, I cant imagine the field day an insurance company would have with an expired registration and zero proof the process has even been started. They are required by law to issue me an extension temporary tag if the permanent ones do not arrive prior to the expiration of the original temporary tags. The dealership is directly breaking the law and knowingly doing so. They have opened themselves up to potential future litigation. The management has failed to as much as return a phone call. I will specifically call out the pathetic performance from Dave Wood, as he is the head of the sales department. I have had to call dozens of times and sit on hold for hours. I have to hunt them down to get any help. At the end of the day they say they will pay for any violations I get while driving it unregistered, instead of issuing a 30day extension for the tags and me not having to even deal with the violations. The company will not provide me with proof that the process has even been started much less at the ending point. And I apparently paid a hefty sum for this third party to facilitate the tags...all forced through the dealer. At the end of the day the dealership had no issue taking my 50k for a used truck and whipping their hands of the rest. Sad and pathetic because I love the RAM truck that I purchased. I would honestly look anywhere else for a vehicle. Brandon, the sales person, and a few customer service operators were the only bright spots. Not enough to risk your money here."

"I was having a low oil pressure warning on my Jeep today. I am leaving on a road trip tomorrow. I called and they were able to take me in for a diagnosis. Megan my advisor was excellent. She was able to have my vehicle diagnosed and the warranty work completed in just a few hours. She kept me informed and has great communication. I live across from the Cherry Hill Triplex and the are the absolute worst. Service never answers the phone, if you leave a message they never call back. They are convenient for me, but from now on all my business will be going to Turnersville Jeep. Thank you so much"
