"Very happy with my experience today at the KIA dealership in Turnersville. I had located a car I wanted and visited this morning; by 3 p.m., I had myself a brand new KIA Seltos SX!! Was thankful to God for matching me up with Jimmy Hayes, who was so very patient and personable. The sales managers Ryan and Shy were also so great, along with finance manager Justin. To be honest, EVERY PERSON I met today at the dealership was just so incredibly friendly! My neighbor had a purchased a KIA from this dealership last year, and she was incredibly satisfied as well. "Salesman, Dylan was Great! Just wished I was better informed by the other salesman that finalized my paperwork that it was not necessary to take out additional coverage. Prior to Dylan and I's conversation I made known to them I needed to stay in a specific payment range. But, Dylan was unaware of the details that were stated with the second manager I spoke with. After going home I reviewed and found out I really didn't need extra coverage, due to my original insurance covering everything. When returning to the dealership , there was a third manager present who was very insensitive to my misperception by stating that "I looked intelligent." Also, he offered a futile resolution to take this coverage off but my payment would remain the same."
