You can try those tactics on someone else. There are quite a few car lots on your street, if I where you I would lose the attitude and actually try to give good customer service. You might sell more cars that way. Or maybe you should find another line of work . Guess what I did buy a car and it wasn't from you and it was a great experience somewhere else and it was a great price somewhere else."

"DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! About a year ago I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback. I'll admit that I could have done better research, but this was my first time buying a car. I tried to negotiate the price for the issues I had noticed on the vehicle, but the dealer refused to budge at all and just claimed there were plenty of other people who were interested in the car. I noticed later that the car hadn't passed inspection when I bought it. It drove fine during the test, but as soon as I drove it home the check engine light came on. There's been plenty of problems with it and the car has become much more trouble than it's worth. Since the dealer managed to sell it to me as-is for a small rust spot, I wasn't able to do anything about being sold a junk car for much more than it was worth."
