"Typical car wash. Does a reasonable job."
"Horrible experience don’t waste your time or money, my mom brought her new car here and came back with a million scratches. Totally ruined the paint on just about every body panel the car has."
"Decent car wash but they do have free vacs and a new machine you put your mats through to clean the carpets. I did get some machine grease on the car after the wash so keep and eye. It was when they first opened in the am so they have just greased the machines and some flew off. Been here before and didn't see it but be aware."
"Earlier today I had my 8 month old car washed here and ended up with complementary paint scratches. I realized the problem when I returned home about five minutes away and saw the scratches right by the driver's side windshield on the hood (the photo doesn't do it justice) and immediately drove back over to complain. I showed the manager my receipt and the scratches, noted they were not there an hour or so earlier when I originally got in my car when I left work, and asked what he was going to do about it to fix the problem. The manager's initial response was to deny he could see any scratches and act offended that I would question his eye sight or integrity (both appear to be lacking). It appears the corporate line is "my brushes would never cause damage to a vehicle" which he repeatedly stated to me as if it was some magical defense against what he had done. I persisted and continued to point to the area of the scratches until he couldn't deny their existence at which point he reiterated how offended he was that I would question his facility or his integrity and became adversarial. The manager continued to deny it was his facility that caused the scratches or that his brushes could ever cause such damage (the corporate line), and pivoted to claim the damage was caused by rocks on the road, sand, other road debris, or someone purposely scratching my car while I was parked earlier in the day - anything but his facility. The manager did everything he could to avoid taking responsibility for his car wash damaging my car. Amusingly, the manager even tried to pull me over to look at the brushes on the beginning of the line to prove his point. They were clearly dirty. When I pointed out how dirty the brushes looked even from 20 feet away the manager lost his temper, gave me my receipt back and told me to get lost. I realized this was a waste of my time and going nowhere, so I left. I'm hoping it's just the clearcoat and buffs out - we'll see. Bottom line - if you don't want to pay $9+ for a car wash with complimentary paint scratches go somewhere else!"
"Third time I've been there and today was the worst. In and out in 5 minutes for a $13 wash ??? The first time the windows were so spotty I couldn't see. The second time I remembered to bring a rag and wipe them off so it was okay. Today though I pulled out and while driving I saw the whole back of the car was covered with suds. Spent an hour home washing the car to get all the dried-on soap off and the rest of the dirt. No more tries, three strikes you're out. None of the times has it ever really dried well, compared to other car washes I've been to. Over the summer I had to really scrub to get the spots off the window by the time I got home."
