"Went here a year ago when my mom first got dishonored. I try to give everybody a break since everybody is going through something but the experience here was appalling. We went in to see if my mom could find a wig and the owner was immediately giving us a snobby attitude. It was so clear she wouldn’t help us cause we needed an appointment. Which would’ve been fine IF she hadn’t given us such a horrible attitude. My mom was just diagnose maybe a few weeks prior and she had zero idea what to look for in a wig. The owner seemed so over us and almost annoyed we didn’t know what we wanted. My mom thought she’d kick this fast so she didn’t want anything expensive. We simply came to the shop with hope we’d find something. Again we had zero knowledge or experience with this. After how she treated us, my mom almost broke down in tears in the car. My mom’s hair meant a lot, just like for many other cancer patients/survivors/ and those who have passed. I’m glad there’s good reviews on here from recent but I think it’s unjust if I don’t put how I felt. The shop owner I’m guessing is better now but she should feel ashamed with how she treated my mother that day. She came in for a wig to make her feel better not a snobby attitude."
