"I’ve been with TRUST for awhile now and currently have a loan through them and like many people during the COVID pandemic, was struggling to catch up, but a member service worker named Laura worked with me to help get caught up and make sure I was in good standing. She promptly replied to messages and offered excellent customer service! I’ve also worked on and off with different staff and everyone I’ve ever encountered has always been so polite and patient.
