"Been renting with enterprise and national for over a year now and is apart of the emerald club. I have been renting cars even longer than i been at enterprise for business and i tried to rent a car the other day but shay the manager chose the discretion of not giving me a rental because 1 letter on my License is different than on my credit card. Even though i have been renting from enterprise with no issues soon as i try to rent from this location it is a problem. Customer service told me it is based off the discretion of the location and i gave shay no reason to believe it was fraud. This location cost me a couple of jobs i had lined up soley on the fact of one letter difference in my name even though i showed identification (picture) of me with the correct spelling and my social security card with the correct spelling. Horrible service would not reccomend unless you are from the area."
