"This is my first time ever selling with them. I read all of the nice reviews that people gave and thought it would be good for me to sell my car. My car had a lot of troubles because of the simple fact it was sitting for two years so I had to do a couple of things to get it started the gentleman that looked at my car was very rude nonchalant and had attitude the whole time. I had a whole parking lot next to my parking lot. He parks two doors down from my house and then comes and see the car, he sits there and tell me and the other people that I am with They said I can go ahead and process the paperwork and we can get this going. I was told that I will have two days to get all the things out of the car before they pick up the car. The gentleman got an attitude about that said he will call somebody and never came back when I I did look at my phone. I had a missed call from him called him back and all of a sudden they are not taking my offer that they gave me. I asked him why again he was nonchalant and just said they pulled the offer. I wasn’t happy about this because he sat there and lied to my face and other witnesses that was there that said that the paperwork was going to get processed I am going through a lot and needed that money right away, and I had the worst experience ever. I actually called someone else. I don’t know if it was a manager, but I actually called the office and talked to a lady. She said she will get back to me within 20 minutes. It’s been a whole two hours, if you do sell your car with them, make sure you’re not selling your car with Greg because he is nonchalant and he’s not going to be nice to you and he does not have great customer service"

"So I DIDN'T sell my car to them due to the circumstances of another individual buyer getting to me with money very quickly. HOWEVER the experience with them was awesome! They reached out to me, within a matter or a few hours Abby was there to look over the car and while she was there another person showed up to buy the car. Abby was super kind and understanding of the situation. Assuming the other buyer didn't show up it seemed like it would have been a super seem-less transaction. Highly Recommend and personally will use them in the future..."

"From start to finish, my experience with WhipFlip was phenomenal. The website was super easy to navigate and to get information from. Working with Ariel to coordinate the whole process was excellent, she answered all of my questions and made it easy for me. Chris was awesome as well, coming out and testing our car and being an advocate for us when we suggested a certain factor may bump the offer for our car up. Then, we made the deal, got our check, and I deposited in our bank account within like 30 minutes of getting it. Tow truck came for the car within about 36 hours or so. Overall 10/10 service!
