"Beautiful overlook with a bench for extended viewing. Interestingly, the informational signage includes a picture of the main falls in Ohiopyle SP (southwest PA) and details Maurice K. Goddard who was influential in expanding the PA State Park system and has a park named for him in northwestern PA. Trails here allow access to areas above and below the spillway. Beware the makeshift “camps” in the valley below the spillway as the people there are of questionable character. There have been incidents of crime in the past."
