"I dropped my 2021 F-350 Platinum off at Bayshore Ford after making an appointment weeks before. The truck was there for 3 days, and nothing was done... I emailed my Serice advisor several times to tell him specifically what was wrong with Active Motion Seats. On the third day it was there he told me, when it stops raining, he would go outside to see if the Active Motion Seats were working. He said they were working and what is happening is how they work. He claimed that he checked all the trucks on the lot and that's how they work. I told him once again specifically what wasn't working, and he told me again that's how they work. I picked the truck up and the Active Motion Seats do not work properly. I didn't see any trucks on the lot that have Active Motion Seats. I also told him the HVAC doesn't blend properly. The other thing that wasn't addressed was the windshield wiper recall. They threw the passenger side wiper arm incorrectly. Voiced my opinion of how this makes me feel and no one cared. I took the truck to another Ford Dealership and the mechanic took the seat apart and within minutes found that the Active Motion Bladder was broken. Part was ordered within minutes"
