"I had an horrible experience with Enterprise. I have been a rewards member since at least 2012 if not before. I went online to set up my car rental. I chose a location nearest to myself. I also chose a location with pick up service. When I called the location they informed me that they didn't provide pick up service. I then called Enterprise customer service line because that was not what was said on the website. They gave me a location that could pick me up so I moved my reservation to them. I then informed them that I was a veteran and would like my military discount which I have always received. For them to tell me that they would discount it at the end of my rental agreement. Someone called and asked about my experience and I inquired about my discount they informed me then that they don't give military discounts to rewards members. Also the last time I rented from them in September of 23. I used my own toll pass and Enterprise charged me for tolls. When I contacted Enterprise they said I would be reimbursement after I showed proof that I paid the tolls with my easy pass. I sent in the proof as requested they then told me I needed to get the money from Easy pass. I then contacted Easy pass who refused to reimbursed me because they said I didn't add the vehicle to my pass I couldn't be reimbursed. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money with Enterprise. They have just lost a customer. I will also be putting my experience on all my social media platforms and putting out the word to all veterans."

"I seriously can't say enough about the entire staff at this location. Friendly, courteous, personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. The selection of vehicles was phenomenal, the check-in and check-out process was seamless and fast. All around just an awesome experience and I will absolutely be returning for my future rentals. "The process was very easy. There weren't many cards to pick from. I'm assuming it was busy the week that I needed a rental. As you can see in my photos and video that a little small car which are only needed until my car is done in the paint shop. But it was an easy process picking it up from enterprise Rent-A-Car."
