Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"This enterprise store is dishonest. Mohamad and Liz lied to me. I can not recommend going here. There are serious ethic and moral issues with the way these people do business. Please let me know if the employees in this store want to do the right thing and correct the issues? I just started talking to my friends and family about what happened and no one wants to go to this store that I know of. This is because Mohamad and Liz were very dishonest. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating experience as a customer. So I received a call today at 12:35 pm on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from the enterprise Rent-A-Car in Medford New Jersey. They promised me they would correct the issue or at least call me back today to give me a status to resolve the above scam. Neither has happened and I was lied to again. A person is only as good as their word. Update: I personally called the store today, March 9, 2022 at 4:14 PM. Again , no help , no correction of the fraud and I was told I would get a call back in the future. The managers at this location do NOT care about their customers. They tell you they’re going to correct the issue and it’s a complete lie. They never do. Now, I understand why the employees also are dishonest here and not held accountable. It clearly starts from the top level and works its way down. This Enterprise location does NOT know how to treat people right and treat them like a customer. If they did, they would correct the issues and this review would not have been left. Every time I contacted Enterprise, they just apologize for the fraud and say that they cannot fix it. I’ve tried over and over again and they just continually waste peoples time and don’t respect it. Rent a car here at your own risk."

"I have rented here a few times but will no more. The people are very nice, but they bring in cars from other locations and often you get stuck with what they have, even if it is not what your ordered. Our last rental reeked of cigarettes, had a hole in the seat, a giant hole in the floor (pic attached), scratches in the windshield and a warning light on the dashboard the whole time we drove it. I wouldn't have taken the car, but it was a last minute purchase, and the only option. The assistant branch manager, Ben Anenberg, emailed me and offered to chat and make amends, but was not available when I called. I've emailed him three times over the last week but he has not responded. I'd suggest going elsewhere."

"Excellent Rent-A-Car place that is local and conveniently located next to Eagle Auto Body who does fabulous work on your vehicle. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and professional."

"If you want exceptional customer service the Medford location is your place to go. And the branch manager Matt really makes this location stand out above the rest. When I showed up for my vehicle an issue with a third party site caused the car we requested to not be there. Obviously distraught (because we really needed a car) Matt immediately provided us with a solution that was better in every way possible. Additionally it saved us a couple hundred dollars in gas with all the driving we had to do, and we were on a really tight budget. I highly suggest this location and will most definitely be back. Thanks again Matt for your excellent customer service."

"I would have to say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business in a long time The girl that worked there I wish I could remember her name went above and beyond the call of duty with her job and I hope the owner recognizes a good employee when he has one because I have had businesses for the past 23 years that was the worst part is finding good employees she was very nice very professional I was stressed out nothing was working out I was running late and I called her and she said just come over I will stay past my time and wait for you I could still hear the smile in her voicesome of the stress just went away"
