MINI of Mt. Laurel

"Well I purchased a new 2025 Mini Countryman on May 9th 2024 from this dealer. We are now August 18th 2024 and it still can not be driven. The dealer has been negligent it getting the registration and title paperwork handled so I am out months of time, energy, and money. I have asked for basic information such as tracking number for the registration paperwork and have yet to be able to get it because apparently an outside group handles it and they cant seem to be bothered to get it from them. I have had conversations with a manager, salesman, etc and so far its just "oh sorry well they're working on it." Also the bone they have thrown is a refund of documentation fee and a small amount that doesn't even cover the months of insurance for the car in the time its been parked. Would never recommend this dealer for the unprofessionalism and lax sense of urgency!!!!!"

The service bay is the most pristine auto facility I've ever seen, I have no idea how you keep everything so clean. I love the Mini-themed waiting area, but the high-top tables downstairs were also great when I had to get a little work done. The video message from the technician is one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto dealer, I love seeing everything they're seeing and trusting that it's all on the record."
